Being a good man vs being a nice guy

Just some random thoughts on what's the difference between a good man and nice guy:

A good man operates from a foundation of core values, integrity, and genuine, unconditional kindness, often setting firm boundaries and speaking hard truths. Conversely, a "nice guy" often acts pleasantly to gain approval, avoid conflict, and secure validation, making his behavior conditional on receiving a desired result.
